Tina McCarthy

Having started her career with the SHL Group, Tina became an independent consultant, working in partnership with a wide range of clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors in the UK and internationally, including UNICEF and UNHCR. In 2006, Tina founded Enhance Potential, with a focus on identifying different ways to enhance the potential of individuals, teams and organisations.  Tina designs and delivers leadership, team and individual development programmes, often working alongside other specialist associates, depending on the size and nature of the project. In 2007 Tina began offering Executive Coaching to her clients and is passionate about coaching as a way of helping individuals to reach their full potential at work or transition effectively into new roles.

Tina is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with a Psychology Degree from Bradford University and a Masters in Occupational Psychology from the University of Sheffield.  She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (BPS), a member of the Special Group for Coaching Psychology, the Association of Coaching and the ABP (Association of Business Psychologists). She is also an accredited Executive Function Coach with Connections in Mind. This training has equipped her with valuable strategies that are beneficial for all individuals, not just those who are neurodivergent.

Tina generally works with middle to senior level leaders in various sectors, including legal, professional services, financial, manufacturing and healthcare.
