Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is tailored to the needs of each individual and often psychometric instruments and 360 degree assessments are used as a platform for further exploration. We offer one-to-one coaching as a standalone service or as part of a Leadership programme, such as ‘Management Essentials’ or ‘Managing for High Performance’
Individual coaching is provided either via an employer or directly to individuals looking for support with areas such as:
- Transition: new role, new organisation; back to the workplace
- Adopting a more strategic approach to leadership
- Enhancing Emotional Intelligence and people skills
- Building ‘executive presence’ / increasing gravitas
- Raising the profile of the individual and their team
- Improving ability to captivate and influence others
- Managing anger effectively and being able to express contradictory views in a clear and constructive way
- Dealing with challenging situations and challenging individuals
- Turning around an underperforming team and/or service
- Responding positively to a knock in confidence
